About Us

Luteal works with girls and young women to improve menstrual health understanding, awareness and access to treatment.

Luteal was founded by Rebecca Pond and is committed to making a difference by listening to girls and young women and providing education around hormonal changes during the menstrual cycle which impact our relationship with oursevlves and the world around us.  Educating girls and young women about their hormonal shifts they experience each month can help them feel less alone and more in tune with their monthly cycle. Our focus is on creating a community of insight, understanding and sharing of resources for improved wellness and access to treatment where needed.

Who We Are

An association who believes educating girls and young women about their hormones early on in their menstrual cycle life will improve wellbeing.  Promoting self understanding and awareness of menstrual related conditions, sign posting and empowering young people to seek help.

Luteal is a new project powered by the drive to make positive change now for all young people experiencing menstruation.  Believing everyone has the right for the same opportunity to access accurate diagnosis and treatment in a reasonable timeframe so they are able to live life well and thrive however they experience their menstrual cycle.

Advocating for equality in research, diagnosis and treatment.

Everyone experiencing their menstrual cycle matter now and in the future.
