Luteal provides a space for Girls and Young Women experiencing their menstrual cycle to share their experiences and help influence positive change,
Research and engagement projects hope to celebrate existing services supporting girls and young women and highlight areas where improvements are needed.
Our mission is to improve education around cyclical hormonal health and empower girls and young women to be their own expert, advocating for themselves and improving their menstrual wellbeing.
Luteal is dedicated to improve knowledge of conditions with local healthcare professionals improving access to timely diagnosis of menstrual related conditions and access to effective treatment.
We partner with other organisations and services to better assist girls and young women with their menstrual wellbeing. Working together to create a greater awareness of menstrual conditions among schools, healthcare and other service providers within the local community.
Collaborating with local community hubs and schools. Increasing knowledge of menstrual experiences for all to improve support and understanding in the local community.
